高职“产学研”一体化培养模式的实践研究

结合实践就创新高职教育"产学研"一体化培养模式展开论述,提出了"依托行业、服务社会、创建特色"的"产学研"一体化教育思想,力主构建知识结构、职业资历、实践能力较强的"双师"型师资队伍,推行"订单式"人才培养方式,从而增强"产学研"一体化活力,形成有特色的高职教育人才培养模式。

The thesis focuses on the practice and innovation of the training mode in advanced vocational education,the combination of production,study and research. The idea is put forth that the combination training mode distinguishes others by aiming at serving the society based on enterprises. It is advocated that ＂double-type＂ teacher should be constructed which is characteristic of profound knowledge structure,professional experiences and practical skills. The ＂reservation-based＂ human resources training way is carried out and expanded. As a consequence,an active and effective combination training mode in human resources is formed with its own properties.
