摘要
目的探讨复方丹参注射液对末节断指再植存活率的影响。方法2000年1月-2006年12月，收集119例末节断指再植患者的相关资料，使用卡方检验进行统计分析。结果丹参组与对照组的性别、年龄、手术时间、损伤情况是一致的，丹参组的断指存活情况优于对照组，主要表现在有较低的坏死率和较高的完全存活率。结论结果表明丹参组可以提高断指的存活率。从某种意义上提示复方丹参可能对微循环的建立有促进作用，需要进一步的动物试验和临床研究加以证明。
Objective To investigate the effect of compound salvia miltiorrihiza injection on the survival rate of replantation of severed distal finger. Methods From January 2000 to December 2006, we reviewed the 119 patients of replantation of severed distal finger. The data was analyzed by Chi-squared test. Results The ages, gender and injury degree between salvia mihiorrihiza group and the control group was the same. The survival rate of replantation of severed distal finger of salvia miltiorrihiza group is higher than the survival rate of the control group. Conclusion Compound salvia miltiorrihiza can improve the survival rate of replantation of severed distal finger. Perhaps it may promote the establish of microcirculation. Further animal testing and clinical study will be done to determine it.
