摘要
目的:测定七叶皂苷钠中的大孔吸附树脂残留物是否符合限量要求。方法:采用顶空气相色谱法测定七叶皂苷钠中大孔吸附树脂残留物正己烷、苯、甲苯、苯乙烯、二甲苯、二乙烯苯的含量。结果:正己烷、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯、二乙烯苯分别在4.208~12.624,0.776~2.328,4.816~14.450,4.544~13.630,3.664~10.990,5.088~15.260μg/ml浓度范围内有良好的线性关系;其最低检测限分别为3.3,31.0,48.1,181.7,73.2,101.7ng。本品大孔吸附树脂残留物正己烷、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯、二乙烯苯甚微或未检出。结论:该方法简便可行,重现性好,结果可靠,能使6种溶剂在同一个色谱条件下得到很好的分离,从而达到快速检测的目的。
Objective:To establish the method for determination of n-hexane,benzene,methylbenzene,phenylethene,dimethylbenzene,divinylbenzene in sudium aescinate.Methods:Headspace GC was used to determine the n-hexane,benzene,methylbenzene,phenylethene,dimethylbenzene,divinylbenzene in sudium aescinate.Results:The linear ranges of n-hexane,benzene,methylbenzene,phenylethene,dimethylbenzene,divinylbenzene were 4.208~12.624,0.776~2.328,4.816~14.450,4.544~13.630,3.664~10.990,5.088~15.260 μg/ml respectively.Their detective limits were 3.3,31.0,48.1,181.7,73.2,101.7 ng respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate for detection of residues.
