正畸拔除阻生智齿术后并发症的综合分析

The statistic analysis of syndrome with the patient after extracting the impacted tooth in orthodontics

目的:牙齿矫正前需拔除阻生智齿,以保证矫正后的效果。方法:489例患者采用纵劈挺出法,翻瓣去骨法,挺出法,缝合,未缝合。术后观察,评价效果。结果:拔除的方法不一,其效果差异不大。结论:患者的年龄小拔除持续时间短,副损伤小,术后感染的机会越小。

Objective：It is necessary to pull out impacted wisdom teeth to ensure effect before teeth recitification.Methods：We observed 489 patients whose wisdom teeth were pulled out.We differently applied microtubule separation and unbending to turn clack to removal bone.Results：Undifferent methods have impalpable effect.Conclusion：Younger patients,shorter of operations time,less of harmful damage,less of infection chances after operation.
