兰州地区不同临床类型恶性肿瘤患者弓形虫抗体IgG的ELISA检测结果分析

The analysis of antibody IgG of patients suffering different kinds of malignant tumor in Lanzhou area tested by ELISA

本文就运用间接ELISA法对兰州地区372例不同临床类型的恶性肿瘤患者血清中弓形虫IgG抗体进行检测,以932例正常体检组作为对照,对伴发弓形虫病的阳性率进行统计,得出兰州地区不同临床类型恶性肿瘤患者伴发弓形虫的特点及规律,补充了兰州地区此项研究的空白。

The antibody IgG of Toxoplasma gondii in serum of 372 cases of patient suffering different kinds of malignant tumor in Lanzhou area was tested by indirect ELISA,with the common team of 932 cases as a control.The positive rate of Toxoplasma gondii was counted,and the character and the rule of different kinds of malignant tumor in Lanzhou area were deduced,filled the gap of this study in Lanzhou area.
