我院2003～2005年中成药不同剂型应用调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the application of different dosage forms of chinese patent medicine in our hospital during 2003～2005

目的:了解我院不同剂型中成药的应用情况,分析其用药的合理性。方法:对2003～2005年消耗的不同剂型中成药的零售全额、用药频度的变化进行统计分析。结果:剂型、价格、功效等因素直接影响用药情况。结论:我院中成药的应用基本合理,疗效确切、价格适中、剂型先进的中成药在临床应用中占优势。

Objective：To investigate the application of different dosage forms of chinese patent medicine in our hospital,in order to analyze rationality of the drug use.Methods：Combining with retail prices and DDDs to analyze different forms of chinese patent medicine during 2003～2005.Results：Drug applicational condition was directly influenced by the factors of dosage forms,prices and efficiency of chinese patent medicine.Conclusion：The application of chinese patent medicine in our hospital is basically rational.Chinese patent medicine with confirmative efficiency,moderate prices and advanced dosage forms has taken the precedence over the others in clinical use.
