滁州市农村中小学体育现状调查与发展对策研究

Investigation and Research on Current Situation and Developing Measure of Countryside Primary and Middle School Physical Education in Chuzhou

运用问卷调查等方法对滁州市农村中小学体育现状进行了调查,结果表明:体育课开课率和执行大纲情况良好,但使用教材和教案的编写、执行以及教学的组织情况较差;体育教师兼职比例较大;年龄与学历结构趋于合理,但职称结构欠佳,高级职称人数比例偏少;体育教师的教学工作量适中,但社会地位低下;早操、课间操的情况较好,课外活动开展情况相对较差;体育场地、器材、资金严重不足,限制了体育教学和课外体育活动的开展。针对存在的问题,提出了改进措施与建议。

The age and the school record structure tend to be reasonable, but the title structure is unsatisfactory. While high - level title population proportion are small ; Gym instructorg teaching work load is moderate, but the social posi- tion is low. The morning exercise, gymnastic exercises＇s situation is good, and the extracurricular activity development situation is relatively bad. Sports location, equipment, fund serious insufficient, limited the sports teaching and the extracurricular sports development. Based on existing problems some suggestion and improving measure are put forward.
