Developing Private Ownership Economy Scientifically by Laying Emphasis on Mind-opening

党的十七大报告中,关于基本经济制度,两个毫不动摇,两个平等的论述,进一步提升了发展非公有制经济的理论认识和实践要求,这一系列方针政策是我党与时俱进、解放思想的结果。近30年来,非公有制经济的每一步发展壮大都是解放思想的后果,非公有制经济要在新的历史阶段实现新的突破,仍然需要以思想解放为先导,唯有思想解放才有思路和途径的拓展,才有方法和举措的创新,最终才能促进非公有制经济科学发展。

At the 17th congress reports of the Chinese Communist Party, concerning the basic economic system, two absolutes, two equal exposition, it gives further development promotion of acknowledge on private ownership economy theory and requirement of practice. This series of policy is the result of our party on emancipating one＇s mind and advancing constantly. Every step of development and extension on private ownership economy is the result of emancipating one＇s mind during the past 3 decades. It still needs emancipating one＇s mind as the precursor if it wants to have any new breakthroughs in a new stage. Only if this, it will have new extensions of train of thought and methods, innovation of new idea and act ultimately, private economy will be motivated and developed scientifically.
