外科护理教学内容与方法的改进

Improvement on content and method of surgical nursing teaching

[目的]探讨外科护理教学改进方法,以培养实用型高级护理人才。[方法]理论教学中注重教学内容的及时更新、教学方法的改进,加强教师知识体系和自身素质的提高,培养学生"以病人为中心"护理思维,利用现代化教学手段,重视实验教学,改进考试制度以及外科临床护理见习教学的加强。[结果]各项改进措施有效地提升了学生对本门课程的认知,激发了学习兴趣,取得良好教学效果。各项考试成绩观察组均显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。[结论]优化外科护理教学,改革教学方法,有助于培养实用型高级护理人才。

Objective：To probe into the improvement of surgical nursing teaching so as to cultivate practical high nursing talent men. Methods： To emphasize the updating of teaching content on time and improvement of teaching methods in theoretical teaching, to strengthen the promotion of teacher＇s knowledge system and enhancing of self-quality, to cultivate nursing thinking of ＂patient as the centre＂ among students, to apply modern teaching devices, administrators should think highly of experimental teaching, improving examination system and strengthening surgical clinical nursing probation teaching. Results： All improved measures have enhanced the cognition of students on the course effectively and have provocated their learning interests of them. And better teaching effect has been reached. Examination performances of all items of observation group students were higher than that of control group （P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： To optimize surgical nursing teaching and to reform teaching methods can help to cultivate practical high nursing talent man.
