Redesign Experiment of Ethane Preparation

目的指出《关于乙烯制取实验的环保设计》一文中存在的不足之处;改进乙烯实验室制备方法.方法文献资料与实验研究.结果依据原实验原理,设计了新的实验方案,收到了良好的实验效果.结论该方案乙醇转化率高,乙烯纯度高;且装置简单,操作方便,便于控制,便于连续作业,是一种较理想的实验演示方法.

Aim To point out the flaws in Environment-friendly design on Ethane Preparation Experiment and to improve ethane preparation methods.Method Bibliographies and experiment. Result Based on the experimental rules, new program is designed and better result obtained. Conclusion This program has high rate of ethanol conversion and high purity of ethane, with simple apparatus, easy manipulation, easy control and easy successive operation. Therefore it is an ideal way to demonstrate experiment.
