脑保护装置下支架置入与宿主病变及生物相容性的关系

摘要 颈动脉支架置入作为治疗颈动脉狭窄的重要手段,国内外已开展较多的研究,但是一直受围手术期缺血性并发症的困扰。使用脑保护装置可使支架置入操作时不用阻断血流,并能及时通过造影了解对血管狭窄的治疗情况。综合资料观察结果表明,这是一项安全有效可行的治疗技术,可降低与宿主的生物相容性反应。特别是在老年高危症状性颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄情况下开展脑保护装置是一种安全、有效的方法。 Many studies have been conducted at home and abroad about carotid artery stenting to treat carotid artery stenosis. However, it is limited by the complications such as perioperative ischemia. Carotid artery stenting with cerebral protection devices can omit the procedure to block blood flow and can know the treatment condition through angiography. The results of comprehensive data show that carotid artery stenting is an efficient treatment technique, and can reduce the biocompatible responses of the host. In addition, carotid artery stenting with cerebral protection devices is a safe and effective therapy for high-riskcarotid artery atherosclerotic stenosis in the elderly.
