摘要
目的从甲状腺功能及性腺功能变化的角度研究腺嘌呤诱发慢性肾衰的内分泌紊乱的机理。方法运用腺嘌呤灌服复制大鼠慢性肾衰模型,以正常大鼠作为对照,应用放射免疫法检测大鼠性腺激素、甲状腺激素的含量及光镜观察睾丸的结构变化。结果模型组大鼠血清甲状腺激素含量均低于正常对照组。模型大鼠的性激素含量与正常对照组有明显差异。病理结果显示与上述结果相一致。结论性激素分泌量的变化和甲状腺分泌功能的降低是慢性肾衰并发内分泌功能障碍的重要原因之一。
Objective To study the mechanism on endocrine derangement of chronic renal failure (CRF) induced by adenine on the respects of thyroid function and gonad function change. Method Normal rats served as the control. Make CRF model by superalimenting rats with adenine. Detect the gonad and thyroid hormone content of rats by radioimmunoassay and observe the testis/adrenal structural change by light microscope. Results The thyroid hormone content in serum of model group is lower than that of control group. The gonad hormone content of model group has obvious difference with that of control group. Conclusion The changes in gonad hormone content and thyroid function loss were important causes of CRF complicating endocrine dysfunction.
