摘要
5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)是临床上广为应用的一类抗瘤谱广、有效率高的抗癌药物,对肿瘤具有明显的抑制作用,但其毒副作用强,对正常细胞杀伤严重。因此发现高效、低毒的5-氟尿嘧啶衍生物受到科学界广泛关注,借此对5-氟尿嘧啶衍生物的抗癌活性研究做一综述。
5 - Fluorouracial is a kind of effective anticancer drug used in clinic and to control tumor cells obviously. But it also has strongly toxic side - effect. Normal cells will be killed seriously. Therefore, synthesizing highly effective and lowly toxic 5 - fluorouraeial ramifications is considered widely by scientists. In this paper, anticancer activity of 5 - fluorouracial ramifications is reviewed.
