摘要
目的:探讨临床护理路径在乳腺癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法:将100例行乳腺癌根治术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组采用临床护理路径进行全程护理,对照组采用常规护理。观察并比较两组临床护理效果。结果:观察组健康教育达标率、患者满意度、康复目标达标率、上肢功能康复程度均高于对照组,两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),患者心理障碍、并发症发生率均低于对照组,两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:应用临床护理路径对乳腺癌根治术患者给予全程护理,可提高患者满意度及生活质量。
Objective： To study the effect of application of clinical nursing passway to patients with breast cancer treated with radical mastectomy. Methods ： One hundred patients treated with radical mastectomy were randomly divided into observation group （ n = 50 ） and control group （ n = 50 ）. Clinical nursing passway was applied in observation group and routine nursing care was taken in control group. The effect of clinical nursing care was observed and compared. Results ： The up - to -standard rate of health education, patientg satisfaction, rehabilitation rate and the status of patientg rehabilitation in upper limbs were higher and better in observation group than that in control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. The incidence of mental disorder and complication was lower in observation group than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Clinical nursing passway used to provide patients with whole - Course nursing care can increase patientg satisfaction and qualitv of life.
