血管栓塞行Fogarty导管取栓术54例围术期护理

Perioperative nursing care of 54 cases of vascular thrombosis treated with Fogarty catheter

目的:探讨Fogarty导管取栓术治疗血管栓塞围术期的护理方法。方法:应用Fogarty导管对54例血管栓塞患者进行取栓术,并给予精心的术前、术后护理。结果:本组12例动脉栓塞的肢体血运恢复,功能恢复良好;1例动脉栓塞术后效果欠佳,给予3次取栓。41例静脉栓塞的肢体功能均恢复良好。结论:对血管栓塞行Fogarty导管取栓术患者,给予精心围术期护理,可提高手术成功率,减少不良反应发生,提高患者满意度。

Objective： To explore the approaches of nursing care in the treatment of vascular thrombosis with Fogarty catheter. Methods： Removal of embolism by Fogarty catheter was applied to 54 patients, and careful nursing care was carried out before, in and after operation. Results： Twelve patients had revascularization in the extremities. Curative effect of the method was good in 41 patients with embolism of vein and not good in one patient with arterial embolism. Conclusion： Careful perioperative nursing care can increase the successful rate of operation and reduce the incidence of side effect in the treatment of vascular thrombosis with Fogarty catheter.
