断指再植术256例术后护理

Postoperative nursing care of 256 patients with replantation of severed fingers

目的:探讨断指再植术患者术后的护理方法。方法:对256例261指断指再植术后患者制定护理计划,包括常规护理、局部情况的观察与护理、心理护理及功能康复护理。结果:本组除4例5指坏死外均再植成功,成功率达98.08%。其中优242指,良11指,可3指,总优良率为96.93%。248例253指患者获24个月以上随访,功能恢复良好。结论:断指再植术后给予密切观察与精心护理,可提高再植指成活率,促进功能恢复。

Objective： To explore nursing approaches after replantation of severed fingers. Methods ： The nursing care was planed for 256 patients （261 severed fingers） including routine nursing care, observation and nursing care of wound, psychological nursing care and functional rehabilitation. Results： The severed fingers were all replanted successfully except that 5 severed fingers of 4 patients were necrotic; the successful rate was 98.08%. The function of replanted severed fingers recovered according to the following - up on 253 severed fingers of 248 patients for more than 24 months. Among them, 242 replanted severed fingers were better; 11 replanted severed fingers were good; 8 replanted severed fingers were normal;The total fine rate was 96.9%. Conclusion： The careful observation and nursing care after the replantation of severed fingers play an important role in increasing the survival rate and obtaining the good function of the replanted severed fingers.
