手术联合收敛化瘀法治疗痔疮119例围术期护理

Experience of perioperative nursing care of 119 cases of hemorrhoids treated with surgery combined with astringing to remove blood stasis

目的：探讨手术联合收敛化瘀法治疗痔疮围术期的护理方法。方法：对119例痔疮患者采用手术联合收敛化瘀法治疗，并给予精心围术期护理。结果：本组治愈111例，有效7例，显效1例，有效率100％。术后随访2周-11个月，平均8．3个月，除1例出现便血外，其余患者均未出现便血、脱出及疼痛。结论：对痔疮患者采用手术联合收敛化瘀法治疗，并给予精心围术期护理，可提高手术成功率，减少不良反应，促进患者康复。

Objective： To explore perloperative nursing methods in the treatment of hemorrhoids with surgery combined with astringing to remove blood stasis. Methods ： Surgery combined with astringing to remove blood stasis was applied to 119 patients with hemorrhoids and careful perioperative nursing care was carried out. Results： One hundred and eleven patients were cured; effective in 7 patients; effectual in one patient. The effective rate was 100%. No patients had blood in their stool, prolapse and pain except one after following - up for 2 weeks to 11 months. （ 8.3 months at average ）. Conclusion： Surgery combined with astringing to remove blood stasis can effectively increase the successful rate of operation and reduce side effect, the perioperative nursing care can never be neglected.
