我国设立生态警察的可行性分析

设立生态警察,有利于提高全民生态道德意识,是践行环境权论的需要,是保障环境正义的重要措施,但由于法制、体制、机制、利益、观念、人才等方面的问题,目前在我国要设立生态警察尚存诸多障碍。只要创新环境管理模式,唤醒国民生态保护意识,借鉴国外先进经验,我们相信不远的将来,设立生态警察在我国会变为现实。

Ecological police is an important symbol of the civilized society. Setting Up ecological police will help people improve their moral standard, and it is also necessary for practicing environmental right, besides, it is an important measure to keep environmental rightness. Owing to the obstacle factors such as legislation, system, profits, ideology, talents, it is impossible to set up ecological police in China now. In the near future, it will become possible by unifying the legislation, creating new environmental managing model, awakening people＇s awareness of protecting the environment, borrowing some advanced practice of ecological police abroad.
