区域差异的扩大对湖南省经济造成了许多负面影响,甚至影响到社会稳定。用偏离份额分析法从产业结构和产业竞争力两方面对湖南省区域经济增长的差异进行分析说明,发现湖南省产业结构优化取得了一定成效,工业化程度增加,但产业结构和竞争力因素对经济增长的推动呈现明显的地域差异,长沙在产业结构因素和竞争力因素方面具有明显的优势,而大部分地区不具备产业结构和竞争力优势。因此,各市应走优质高效的农业产业化之路,加大工业化步伐,以本地区的优势产业和特色产业为依托大力发展产业集群,提高第二产业和第三产业的优势和比重。

The expansion of district differences in Hunan caused many negative economic impacts, which may even affect social stability. Utilizing the shift-share analysis, this article from the angle of industry structure and industry competitiveness analyzes the differences of economic growth in Hunan province and shows that Hunan province has made progress in optimizing of its industrial structure and the level of industrialization is improving. However, the driving of the industrial structure and competitiveness to the economic growth has obvious geographical differences, there is obvious advantages in the industrial structure and competitiveness in Changsha. and not in the most districts else. Therefore, these districts should follow the ＂quality and efficiency- oriented＂ road of industrialization of agriculture, increase the pace of industrialization, develop vigorously the industry clusters based the region＇s dominant industries and special industries, and enhancing the advantage and proportion of the second industry and the third industry.
