发展我国循环经济的对策研究

Strategies for Developing China's Circular Economy

近年来,我国经济迅速增长,但在传统经济增长方式下,经济快速增长的背后是资源的巨大浪费和对环境的极大破坏。目前,我国开始寻求经济增长模式的全面转变,逐步建立循环经济的发展模式。发展循环经济,创建节约型社会,是落实科学发展观的必然要求,是我国全面建设小康社会的战略选择。

In recent years, our economy has been growing rapidly, but under the traditional growth mode of economy, behind the rapid economic growth is the tremendous waste of resources and the great destruction of environment.At present, China has began to seek the comprehensive transformation in economic growth model and gradually establishes development model of circular econo- my. Developing circular economy and building “the conservation- oriented society” are the inevitable requirement of implementing the “scientific concept of development” and the strategic choice of building a comprehensive well-off society.Based on the review of development history of circular economy, this article puts forward some thoughts about developing our circular economy.
