连翘不同部位中连翘酯苷和连翘苷的含量分析 被引量:41

摘要 目的:考察连翘不同部位中连翘酯苷和连翘苷的含量。方法:采用 HPLC 法测定连翘根、树皮、枝、叶、花、果实、种子、果壳中连翘酯苷和连翘苷的含量,以 Diamonsil—C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为水(A)-甲醇(B),梯度洗脱(0~14 min,34%B;14~15 min,34%B~43%B;15~23 min,43%B;23~24 min,43%B~45%B;24~34 min,45%B;34~36 min,45%B~80%B;36~40 min,80%B),流速为1 mL·min^(-1),检测波长270 nm。结果:连翘酯苷在连翘的树皮、叶、花、果实和种子中含量较高,在根、枝、果壳含量很低,连翘苷在连翘叶中的含量远高于其他部位。结论:连翘不同部位连翘甘和连翘酯苷的含量有较大差别,中药连翘应增加连翘酯苷作为标识性成分。 Objective:To study the content of forsythiaside and forsythin from different parts of Forsythia suspensa. Methods:8 samples from different parts were dealt with by HPLC with Diamonsil - C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) column. The mobile phase consisted of water (A) - methanol ( B ), gradient elution (0-14 min, 34% B ; 14 - 15 min,34%B -43%B;15 -23 min,43%B;23 -24 min,43% B -45%B;24 -34 min,45% B;34 -36 min,45% B -80% B ;36 -40 min,80% B) ,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. The UV detection was set at 270 nm. Results: There is much more forsythiaside from barks, leaves, flowers, fruits and seeds than from roots, branches and fruit shells. The content of forsythin from leaves is much higher than that from the other parts. Conclusion :There is much difference in content of forsythiaside and forsythin from different parts of Forsythia suspensa. Forsythiaside should be added as a marking composition of Forsythia suspensa.
