摘要
目的:建立黄氧化汞眼膏中汞的测定方法。方法:利用 HClO_4-HNO_3湿法消解,对黄氧化汞眼膏中的汞进行原子荧光测定。结果:Hg 在1.0~8.0μg·L^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999,结果高、中、低3个浓度水平(0.16,0.20,0.24μg·mL^(-1))(n=3)的平均同收率分别为94.92%,94.95%,95.22%;RSD 分别为0.16%,0.33%,0.12%。结论:该质量标准的研究有效控制了黄氧化汞眼膏的质量,提高了方法的专属性,方法简单、结果准确、灵敏度高。
Objective:To determine Hg in the oculentum hydrargyri oxydi flavi. Methods:Through cold atomic fluorescence with the way of clearing up of wet method, we studied the conditions that can affect the result of experi-ment. Results:The good linear relation was determined as 1.0-8.0 μg·L^-1 by cold atomic fluorometry with a regression coefficient of 0.9999. the average recoveries ( n = 3 ) were 94.92% ,94. 95% and 95.22% for the low, middle and high concentration ( 0.16,0.20,0.24μg·mL^-1), precision (RSD) were 0.16%, 0.33 %, 0.12%. Con- clusion : It can be good used for controlling the quality of oculentum hydrargyri oxydi flavi. The method is simple, accurate and sensitive.
