32例椎基底动脉供血不足患者CTA的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Multi-Slice CT Angiography in 32 Patients with Symptom of Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency

目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像对椎基底动脉供血不足病因诊断的价值。方法对32例临床诊断VBI患者行椎动脉MSCTA检查,原始数据于图形工作站行三维图像处理。结果32例诊断VBI患者,先天发育变异13例,迂曲3例,盘绕1例,钩椎关节增生压迫8例,粥样硬化斑块21例,局限性狭窄4例。结论MSCTA可清晰显示椎基底动脉全程及其与颈椎的解剖关系,对椎动脉流入孔的显示具有明显优势,可作为VBI的常规影像学检查方法。

Objective To discuss the value of multi-slice CT angiography（MSCTA） in etiology diagnosis of vertebmbasilar in-sufficiency. Methods MSCTA was performed on 32 patients with symptom of VBI. The row data were transferred to work station to make 3D image pro- cessing. Results In 32 symptom aticpatients, 13 cases with developmental anomaly,3 cases with coiling,1 case with kinking,8 cases were oppressed by osseous hypertrophy of cervical Luschka＇s joints,21 cases with atheromatous plaque,4 cases with localstenosis. Conclusion MSCTA can distinctly display the whole course of vertebrobasilar and anatomical relationship with verte-brae,directly display developmental variation, which has obvious advantage in demonstration of ostium of vertebral artery and become routine examination of VBI.
