摘要
目的探讨复杂腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术指征、时机及局部情况处理等问题。方法回顾性分析我院2000年7月～2006年12月复杂腹腔镜胆囊切除术246例。结果全部病例治愈,仅有4例中转手术(1.6%)。结论各类复杂胆囊良性疾病,只要能耐受手术,均可行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,术中确有困难者,及时中转手术。
Objective To explore the indication and regional condition of complicated laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 246 complicated cases by laparoseopie eholeeysteetomy were analyzed retrospectively from July 2004 to December 2006. Results All eases were cured and four of them were operated as usual. Conclusion Almost all of the benign cholecystic disease can be performed by LC,but the eases with great diffieuhies should be operated routinely in time.
