摘要
利用芹菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒室内感染2龄小菜蛾、棉铃虫和甜菜夜蛾,测得LC50分别为2.47×106、7.96×105和2.22×105PIB/ml。以4.22×107和4.22×106PIB/ml两种浓度感染小菜蛾、棉铃虫和甜菜夜蛾等2龄幼虫,测得LT50,小菜蛾分别为6.15和7.32天,棉铃虫分别为8.20和11.37天,甜菜夜蛾分别为5.53和7.20天。致死时间均随感染浓度增加而减少。
An infectivity test of Syngrapha falcifera multiple nuclear polyhedrosis virus (SfaMNPV) against Plutella xyiostella (Px.), Helilcoverpa armigera (Ha.) and Laphygma exigua (Le.) was carried out in our laboratory. By bioassay on second instar Px., Ha. and Le. larvae, the LC 50 of SfaMNPV was determined as 2.47×10 6, 7.96×10 5 and 2.22×10 5PIB/ml respectively. When they were infected at a concentration of 4.22×10 7PIB/ml and 4.22×10 6PIB/ml, the LT 50 was 6.15d and 7.32d, 8.20d and 11.37d, and 5.53d and 7.20d, respectively.
