摘要
目的探讨易将肺癌误诊为肺结核的原因。方法总结了26例将肺癌患者误诊为肺结核的临床特点及辅助检查结果,分析误诊原因。结果疾病早期症状的相似、X线征象、CT征象不典型者和结核防治人员对肺癌合并结核的警惕性不高等都是误诊的原因。结论提高专业知识及边缘学科知识水平,充分运用当地的医疗检查设备及技术综合分析,定期复查、减少误诊。
Objective To discuss the causes of the lung cancer being diagnosed as tuberculosis. Methods Summing up the clinical characteristics and the assisting checking results of 26 cases of lung cancer being diagnosed as tuberculosis ,analyzing their causes. Results The similarity of the symptoms in the early stage of the two diseases, the positive of sputum tuberculosis of lung cancer patients, X-ray signs, atypical CT signs,and the low vigilance of doctors were the causes of the misdiagnosis. Conclusion We should promote both professional and marginal knowledge,fully use local medical equipments and technique, make periodic review,reduce misdiagnosis.
