新津县2005～2007年中小学生常见病状况分析

Analysis for Common Disease Condition of Primary and High School Students in Xinjin County from 2005 to 2007

目的掌握新津县中小学生常见病的现状,为学校防病工作提供依据。方法2005～2007年连续3年对新津县城区中小学生采用整群随机抽样的方法,共抽取15719人次的中小学生,其对健康状况进行动态观察。结果新津县中小学生常见病中肥胖、视力低下有逐年上升的趋势,随学龄的增加其患病率不断升高。家长的重视与否对常见病患病率有较大的影响。结论在学校疾病防治工作中要加大对学生及家长常见病防病知识的宣传,针对不同学龄阶段的学生,实施不同重点的卫生知识和习惯教育,以提高学生的健康发育水平。

Objective To understand the present situation of common disease in primary ＆ high school students in xinjin county and provide foundation for school to take precautions against disease. Methods From 2005 to 2007, by random sampling, select 15719 primary ＆ high school students in urban district of Xinjin for dynamic observation of physical condition. Results The rates of obesity and poor eyesight in primary ＆ high school students in Xinjin were increasing year by year and the rates were increasing with school age. Conclusion To improve the students＇ health condition, the school should strengthen the propagation on common disease precaution to the students and teach the students corresponding health knowledge and habits according to different school age.
