目的探讨在外科感染中抗生素的治疗和预防性作用。方法根据病原菌选择不同抗生素及在某些手术前预防性应用。结果在比较的基础上,总结合理选择及预防性使用抗生素的可行性。结论正确选择和预防性应用抗生素能够有效地控制外科感染率。

Objective To study the effect of the treatment and prophylaxis of antibiotics in surgery infection. Methods To select deflereut antibiotic and apply antibiotic before some operations as prophylaxis according to pathogenic bacteria. Results By comparison, to summarize the feasibility of antibiotic selected rationally and applied as prophylaxis. Conclusion Antibiotic selected correctly and applied as prophylaxis can control effectively the surgery infection ratio.
