Best Abortion Methods in Repregnant Women after Cesarean Section

目的探讨剖宫产后再次妊娠的最佳流产方式。方法120例患者分为人工流产组(A组)40例、药物流产联合负压吸引术组(B组)和药物流产组(C组)各40例,对各种流产方式进行回顾性分析。结果A、B组完全流产率、手术平均时间、术中出血量和术后7d内阴道流血百分比分别为:A组:95.0%、(6.5±2.7)min、(21.3±5.3)mL、97.5%;B组:100%、(2.8±2.0)min、(10.2±4.6)mL、100.0%;C组:完全流产率92%,阴道流血平均15d。在完全流产率、术后阴道流血时间上相比较显示,A、B两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但A、B两组和C组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B两组在手术时间、术中出血量上比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药物流产联合负压吸宫术终止剖宫产术后早孕,手术易于操作,术中出血少,术后阴道流血时间短,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the best abortion methods of repregnant women with uterine incision delivery. Methods 120 cases were divided into 40 cases of artificial abortion group（group A）, 40 cases of medical abortion associated with artificial abortion （group B）and 40 cases of medical abortion（group C）. The various abortion methods were analyzed retrospectively. Results The complete abortion rate was 98% in group A and was 100% in group B, and was 92% in group C. The average duration of the operation was （6.1 ±2.7）min in group A and was （2.8±2.0）min in group B. The amount of bleeding during operation was （21 ±5）mL in group A and was （10.2 ±4.6）mL in group B. On the complete abortion rate and the time of vagina bleeding, there was no significant difference between the group A and group B （P〉0.05） and there were significant differences between the group A, group B and group C（P〈0.05）and there were significant differences between group A and group B on the duration of the operation and the amount of bleeding during operation （P 〈 0.05）. Gonclusion Medical abortion associated with artifical abortion can make operating technology easier in the termination of pregnant with uterine incision delivery. It is helpful to decrease the amount of bleeding during operation and shorten the time of vagina bleeding. It is valuable in clinical treatment.
