摘要
本文首先介绍了现有的不成熟的反应型组织理论,并尝试对不成熟的反应型组织理论进行了必要的建构。之后,试图通过对反应型组织理论的介绍与架构,以诠释组织变化的原因,为分析组织变化中起核心作用的力量提供新的视角,并以此展望组织未来演变的形态。
Under the fast developing world situation, how the organizations will improve their reacting abilitynecessary construction around it.Also, we attempts to explain the reason cause changes in organizations so that to bring out a new angle of view to analyze the core element in organization changing process.
