摘要
目的合成阿魏酸全抗原并加以鉴别。方法采用二环己基碳二亚胺法将阿魏酸偶联到牛血清白蛋白,选择FA与BSA的不同比例,合成3种结合比不同的人工抗原。对合成产物进行紫外光谱和红外光谱的鉴别,再通过分光光度法测定偶联物中FA与BSA的量,计算出结合比。结果通过紫外光谱和红外光谱的鉴别,成功的合成人工抗原。结论二环己基碳二亚胺偶联法可成功地实现FA与BSA的偶联,且当FA与BSA的质量比为1:3时,有较高的结合比。
OBJECTIVE To synthesize and identify the artificial antigen of ferulic acid (FA), METHODS Dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) was used to conjugate FA to bovine serum albumen (BSA) and then the quantity ratio of the two reactants was changed to get three different antigens. The characterization of the synthesis was examined by ultraviolet spectrums and infrared spectrums. The conjugation ratio of FA to BSA was determined by absorption spectrometry. RESULTS By the ultraviolet spectrum and infrared spectrum, the artificial antigen was successfully synthesized and identified. CONCLUSION It indicated that FA and BSA were conjugated successfully by DCC method. When the mass ratio of FA and BSA was 1 : 3, there was a higher conjugation ratio.
