摘要
以金属铜为阳极,钛为阴极;在接近饱和的氯化钠溶液中进行电解制得氧化亚铜颗粒。实验了隔膜法和用甘油作为助剂减少阴极铜粉的生成,最后通过在电解液中通人惰性气体,加强电解液的搅动,使电解过程中pH保持均匀,同时氮气还起到隔绝空气与反应过程中生成的氧化亚铜颗粒的接触,避免了氧化亚铜被空气所氧化。反应过程中反应温度控制在80—85℃;电解液中氯化钠浓度为250—280g/L;电解液pH=9-11;以重铬酸钠为添加剂。在电解液中浓度为0.06—0.10g/L;实验得到桔红色、结晶细小、外观规则的氧化亚铜颗粒,粒度为20—40μm。产品质量符合HG/T2961—1999和美国ASTM—D283的要求。
To prepare cuprous oxide by electrolytic method in saturated sodium chloride solution, which using copperplate be the anode, and titanium be the cathode. Tested to use septum and glycerol to avoide the black copper powder in the cathode, finally, inleted the inactive gas to saturated sodium chloride solution, reforced the rolling of the solution, kept the pH value of solution to stesdy, on the other hand, the nitrogen isolated cuprous oxide granule from air during the whole procession, avoid the oxidizing reaction of the new prdducing cuprous oxide granule. Our process conditions are as followed: Temperature of the reaction is 80~85℃, pH value of the sodium chloride solution is 9~11, Concentration of the sodium chloride solution is 250~280g/L, sodium dichromate as additive and the concentration is 0.06~0.10g/L. Finally Were got nacarat and fine cuprous oxide crystal, it's grain size is 20~40μm and has regular appearance. The production quality accord with the standard of HG/T2961 - 1999 and ASTM - D283.
