摘要
采用一种新的硅橡胶平板复合膜[聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)/聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)]处理含酚废水,考察了流量、萃取液pn值、料液浓度、系统温度、盐离子浓度对总传质系数(kov)的影响.结果表明,随料液流量增加,Kov增大,当料液流量〉400mL/min时,‰基本不变;当萃取液pH值〉11时,增大pH值对Kov影响不大,当pH值为12.5-13.0时,萃取液浓度变化对虬,无影响;料液浓度增加,使传质动力增强,从而加强了传质,但当料液浓度达到5g/L时,Kov与其初始浓度无关;Kov随液相温度增加而线性增大;离子强度改变了苯酚在相间的分配系数,影响传质过程.
Adopting one kind new silicone rubber flat composite membrane to treat containing phenol wastewater, the influences of the feeding and stripping flow, temperature and salt ion strength on overall mass transfer coefficient (Kov) were investigated. The results showed that with the feeding solution flow increased, Kov enlarged but when the feeding solution flow 〉 400mL/min, Kov did not change basically; When the stripping solution pH〉ll,the increasing pH value influence on Kov was not remarkable; When the pH value in the range of 12.5 to 13.0,the change of sodium phenoxide concentration in the stripping solution had no influence on Kov; The increase of the phenol initial concentration strengthened the mass transfer power, thus strengthening.the mass transfer ,but when the phenol initial concentration reached 5000mg/L, Kov had no relation with the initial concentration; The Kov rose linearly with the increasing of temperature; The ion strength changed the partition coefficient of phenol in aqueous-membrane-aqueous systems, influencing the mass transfer.
