摘要 大脑重塑是认知神经科学研究的核心内容之一,对盲人这一特殊群体的脑成像研究尤其加深了人们对重塑现象的认识。但目前在一些核心问题上,诸如盲人视皮层重塑的神经通路和机制是什么、年龄因素如何在重塑过程中起作用等等,不同研究结果之间存在着很大争议。未来对重塑之后大脑的功能和结构如何发生变化等问题仍需作更深入的探讨。 Plasticity is one of the focus issues in the field of brain research,and our knowledge about plasticity has been greatly broadened based on the cumulative evidences from the blind brain researches.However,the central issues such as the neural substrates and the mechanism of plasticity, and what role the age plays in plasticity,are hot debates in recent studies.To reveal the mechanism of plasticity,it is necessary to get more evidences about the functional and structural changes of the brain of the blind in the future.
