摘要
文中研究一种使从动构件按预定运动规律转动的机构,该机构有一个用铰链连接在移动杆件上的凸轮,还有一个作定轴转动的滚子。凸轮匀速旋转且与滚子作纯滚动,滚子被凸轮带动作变速转动。通过运动分析,建立了凸轮形状与滚子转动规律的关系,从而控制了从动构件的转动规律。
A kind of mechanism that causes the driven member to rotate according to a predetermined rule was studied in this paper; this mechanism has a cam connected with the moving rod byhinge, and has another roller that makes rotation on a dead axle. The cam revolves uniformly and does pure rolling along with the roller, and the roller was driven by the cam to make variable speed rotation. By means of motion analysis the relation between cam shape and the rotation rule of roller was built, thus controlled the rotation rule of driven member.
