摘要
经Cd2+、Pb2+及Zn2+驯化所得的功能混合菌,在陶瓷小球表面挂膜后置于电-生物反应器内。在间歇实验中,Pb2+和Zn2+的最佳处理电压在3~4V之间,而Cd2+在4.5~5.5V之间。吸附60min时,Pb2+和Zn2+达到了平衡,Cd2+在120min时达到平衡。随着初始浓度的增加,3种重金属离子的去除率都呈现明显的下降趋势。连续实验开始15h后,反应器对重金属离子的吸附达到稳定。同间歇处理废水方法相比,连续流程去除的重金属离子总量大大增加,但达到平衡的时间较长,且处理效果较差。
In bio-electro fixed-bed reaction tower, the 3-dimension electrode balls have been used as biofilm carrier. The biofilm is covered with functional microbe acclimated by Cd^2+, Pb^2+ and Zn^2+. In the intermittent experiment, Pb^2+ and Zn^2+ are best adsorbed at the voltage range of 3-4 V while Cd^2+ at 4.5-5.5 V. Pb^2+ and Zn^2+ get to adsorption balance in 60 min , while Cd^2+ in 120 min . Removal rates of all these three kinds of heavy metal ions decreases obviously with the increase of ionic initial concentration. After running for 15 h continuously, the adsorption balance of heavy metal ions to the reactor can be reached steadily. Compared with the intermittent water treatment method, the total amount of the heavy metal ions treated by the continuous process increase greatly. But it takes longer time to get to adsorption balance by the continuous process and its treatment effect is poorer.
