摘要
介绍了济钢通过用水工艺调整、水资源优化配置、污染防治,探索出一条"分质供应、分级处理、温度对口、梯级利用、小半径循环、分区域闭路"的分布式治水模式,促进了济钢水资源利用效率不断提高,近年来,吨钢耗新水指标降低到了3.36m3。
The adjustment of water using technology, optimization of water resource collocation, and prevention of pollution in Jinan Iron and Steel Co. have been introduced. The distributing model of water treatment has been explored by means of supply according to quality, treatment based on different grades, adaptation of temperature, utilization by steps, small radius circulation and regionally closed circuit. Thus, the efficiency of water resource utilization has been improved continuously. In recent years, the consumption of water has decreased to 3.36 m^3/t.
