摘要
采用混凝沉淀/电聚浮除(EPN)/树脂吸附/电极氧化工艺处理江苏省某化工厂的氟苯生产废水,经过3个多月的试运行,树脂吸附速度控制在2BV/h,用8%~10%的氢氧化钠溶液脱附,脱附速度控制在0.5BV/h,树脂脱附率>99%。工程验收监测结果表明,系统出水水质达到《江苏省化学工业主要水污染物排放标准》(DB32/939—2006)的二级标准和《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的二级标准。
A combined process of coagulation/sedimentation/EPN/resin adsorption/electrode oxidation was used to treat wastewater from tluorobenzene production in a chemical plant in Jiangsu Province, After the commissioning for three months, the resin desoption rate is more than 99% when the resin adsorption velocity is 2 BV/h, the desorption velocity with 8% to 10% solution of sodium hydroxide is 0, 5 BV/h. The project acceptance results show that the effluent quality can achieve the second class criteria specified in Jiangsu Provincial Discharge Standard of Main Water Pollutants for Chemical Industry ( DB 32/939 - 2006) and Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996).
