摘要
采用调温水解酸化+A/O工艺对帘子布生产企业原丝车间的己二胺废水进行处理,工程实践表明:在原水COD为800~1200mg/L、NH3-N为70~100mg/L、水温为50~70℃、pH值>10的条件下,出水水质可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的一级标准。
Hexamethylenediamine wastewater from precursor workshop of cord fabric production enterprises was treated using attemperation hydrolytic acidification + A/O process. The project practice shows that under the conditions of raw wastewater COD of 800 to 1 200 mg/L, NH3 -N of 70 to 100 mg/L, wastewater temperature of 50 to 70 ℃ and pH of more than 10, the effluent quality can reach the first class criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 -1996).
