In this thesis, the author have analyzed the various angles on researching Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, approached the meaning, system and the historical place of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics. He thinks that the history and the theoretical fruits of Marxism-localizing in China, should be summarized as ＂two big tasks, two combinations, two roads, two leaps and two great fruits＂.
