试论高职高技能教育存在问题及解决路径

Discussion on the Problems Existed in High-skilled Education of Higher Vocational Schools and the Solving Pathways

培养“高技能专门人才”是高职教育的目标和本质，但当前高技能教育却存在着技能特质湮没化、技能培养空洞化、技能师资失能化、技能教育效果低质化问题。解决这些问题的路径是：彰显“能育”特色，突出实践教学；加大财力投入，谋求多元化支持；重视师能建设，实施多路径培养；强化技能训练，打造学生的核心技能。

The cultivation of high-skilled and specialized talents is the objective and essence of higher vocational education, but there exist the problems of disappearing of skilled characteristics, inanition of skills cultivation, lack of abilities of teachers and low quality of education effect. Pathways for solving these problems are： manifesting the characteristics of ability education and standing out practical teaching; enlarging financial input and trying for pluralistic support; attaching importance on the construction of teachers＂ abilities and carrying out cultivation models by various approaches; strengthening skills training and cultivating students＂ core skills.
