Status Perspective and Strategic Measures of Vocational Education Development in China

当前，我国职业教育呈现规模发展迅速、不断强化内涵建设、专业结构与学校布局逐步优化等良好发展势头。但面临产业结构调整、建设创新型国家、推进社会主义新农村建设等新挑战，其在发展中也出现了一系列问题，具体为：职业教育教学机制脱离生产实际，经费不足，办学条件及实训设施滞后，管理不畅等。对此，在未来发展中，我国职业教育应努力发展以就业为导向的人才培养机制，优化政府对职业教育发展的管理职能，建立职业院校与企业密切结合的发展机制及多方参与的职业教育投入新机制。

Nowadays, the development of vocational education in China Manifest the characteristics of rapid amount development, increasing construction of connotation, optimization of specialty structure and schools distribution, but facing with the problems of industrial Structure adjustment, construction of innovative countries and construction of socialism new country, there also appeared a series of problems in its development, which are： teaching mechanism of vocational education deviating from production reality, shortage of fund, lagging behind of school conditions and professional training facilities, etc. Therefore, in future development, vocational education in China should try to develop employment-oriented talent cultivation mechanism, optimize governmental management functions to the development of vocational education, build the development mechanism of combination of vocational schools with enterprises and investment mechanism participated by various sides.
