城市移民视角下农民工引导性培训思考

Consideration on Guiding Training for Rural Labourers from the Perspective of City Immigrants

引导性培训是我国现行农民工培训的一项重要内容，基于对其现状的基本认识，在城市移民的新视角下，逐步改进原有的农民工引导性培训模式，转变农民工的身份与角色定位，调整培训目标与效果，逐步拓展与提升培训内容，改变以往实施培训的方式，使之更切合实际与未来的发展方向。

Guiding training is important content of training for rural labourers. Based on basic cognition on the current situation, from the perspective of city immigrants, the original guiding training model for rural labourers should be improved gradually, the identity and role orientation of rural labourers should be changed, objectives and effect of training should be adjusted, training content should be gradually broadened and advanced and training mode should be altered to make training adjust to practical and future development direction.
