摘要
近年来,山西省中小学布局结构调整工作取得了较大成绩,如其相关政策的不断出台,因地制宜的调整模式,中小学学校总数、类型结构与校均学生数更趋适中等;同时也存在着政策引导与经费投入两方面的不足,进一步推动山西省中小学布局结构调整的路径是政策的制定、实施与评价、经费的投入、筹措与有效利用。
The structural adjustment of primary and middle schools in Shanxi province in recent years has made a lot of achievements such as the continuous issue of related policies, the adjustment patterns suitable to the local places, and the moderation in the total number of primary and middle schools, the structure type and the average number of students in schools. Meanwhile the problems of inadequate guidance of policy and the input of funds still exist. Therefore, we should pay attention to the stipulation, interpretation, implementation and evaluation of policies as well as the allotment, raising and effective application of funds.
