班级心理辅导提高初中生遵守纪律能力的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前国内纪律问题严重,教师缺乏应对学生违纪行为有效方法的现状,结合纪律领域的研究成果,设计了《中学生纪律培养方案》,同时以班级心理辅导方式为学生开设每周一次的纪律教育课程,从预防和发展的角度对学生遵守纪律的能力进行培养。研究结果表明,《中学生纪律培养方案》有效提高了中学生遵守纪律的能力。 Discipline has become a serious problem in China at present with the lack of efficient method dealing with the students' disobedience of the principles on the part of the teachers. Combining the latest researches, we designed A 'Discipline Schedule for the Middle School Students, and started a course of discipline education once a week by means of group counseling with the aim of training students to be disciplined from the perspective of precaution and development. The result shows that the training plan had significantly improved students' disciplinary ability.
