摘要
综述了米曲霉在基础相关领域、发酵产物领域、宏观诱变及微观诱变领域的研究与应用并提出展望。
Study and application of Aspergillus oryzae in different domains including foundation and correlation , macroscopic and microscopic mutation, production of ferment were summarized. Its development prospect was proposed.
