摘要
采用超声波提取法对青竹叶中黄酮类物质的提取条件进行了研究,通过正交实验得出:超声波提取提取法的最佳条件为乙醇浓度为75%,料液比为1∶20,超声波功率为250W,超声时间为30min。
This paper gives extraction condition of extracting the flavonoid in blue bamboo leaf. Through orthogonal experiments :the best condition in reflux method are as follows: 75% ethanol,solid-liquid 1 = 20,hour,power 250 W, supersonic wave treatment for 30 min.
