基本形成区域协调互动发展机制和主体功能区布局,是十七大对区域经济社会发展的要求,是落实科学发展观的具体体现。为了促进区域经济协调互动,必须清除当前我国生产要素跨区域流动存在的障碍,加快形成有利于生产要素跨区域流动的市场、合作、互助、扶持等机制和途径。

To form basically regional coordination＇s mechanisms, is requirements of the regional economic and social development in The CPC party＇s 17th Congress. and is concrete manifestation of The scientific concept of development. In order to promote regional economic coordination and interaction, we must eliminate existing obstacles about China＇s current cross-regional flow of production factors, and speed up the formation of the market＇s, cooperation＇s, mutual assistance＇s, and support＇s mechanisms and channels for cross-regional flow of production factors.
