Parametric Design of Key Parts in Bucket-Wheel Stacker-Reclaimer Using the Inventor Software

摘要 论述了在三维设计软件 Inventor 环境下对斗轮堆取料机关键零部件的参数化建模的基本原理和方法,实践了门座架参数化建模的整个过程,并针对建模过程中容易出现的问题提出了有效的解决方法,讨论了利用 Inventor 附带的有限元分析工具对所设计产品的零部件进行有限元应力及变形分析。该设计大大缩短了斗轮堆取料机的技术改造和新产品开发时间,提高了设计效率,实现了设计结果的安全可靠。 The basic principle and the method of parametric modeling for key parts of a bucket-wheel stacker-redaimer are described in the surrounding of 3-D Inventor. The whole process of the doorpedestal parametric modeling is carried out and the solutions effective to solving the problems easy to occur in the modeling course are put forward. The stress-strain analysis of parts is discussed by using the FEA tool attached to Inventor. This design reduces the time of technical improvement and new product development of the bucket-wheel stacker-redaimer, which improves the efficiency, safety and reliability of the design.
