摘要
在微波辐射下,以2-氰基嘧啶和叠氮钠为原料,氯化锌为催化剂,水为溶剂快速合成了5-(2-嘧啶)四氮唑,并用元素分析、IR、1^H NMR对产物进行了表征。结果表明:当辐射时间30min,微波功率480W,n(2-氰基嘧啶):n(叠氮钠):n(氯化锌)=1:1.1:1,水用量40mL时,5-(2-嘧啶)四氮唑的收率可达84.2%。
5-(2-Pyrimidinyl)tetrazole was synthesized from 2-pyrimidinecarbonitrile and sodium azide under microwave irradiation using zinc chloride as catalyst and water as solvent. The product was identified by IR, 1^H NMR and elemental analysis. Under the optimum reaction conditions, i. e. , irradiation time 30 min, microwave power 480 W, n (2-pyrimidinecarbonitrile) : n (sodium azide ) : n (zinc chloride)=1 : 1.1 : 1, 0.02 mol zinc chloride and 40 mL water, the yield of 5-(2-pyrimidinyl) tetrazole reached 84.2 %.
